Beta Terms

Effective 2026-06-22

Reflect is offered as a private beta. These Beta Terms supplement the Terms of Service, Risk Disclaimer, and Privacy Policy. If they conflict on a beta-specific point, these Beta Terms control for the beta period.

Limited, revocable access

Access is granted by request and is personal to you. We may limit, suspend, or revoke access at any time, with or without notice, and we may cap the number of users, traders, or follower connections.

Pre-release software

The service is under active development and may contain bugs, errors, and incomplete features. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. We may modify or discontinue all or part of the service at any time.

No service-level or uptime guarantee

We do not promise any uptime, availability, latency, or support response during beta. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, fixes, or reasons outside our control. Copying may stop during interruptions.

Real accounts and real money

If you connect a live brokerage account and enable copying, real orders are placed and real money is at risk, even though the service is in beta. Beta status does not reduce trading risk. See the Risk Disclaimer. Do not connect a live account or enable live copying unless you accept that risk.

Feedback

If you give us feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them to improve Reflect, with no obligation to you.

Confidentiality

The beta may expose non-public features and information. Do not publicly disclose non-public details of the service without our consent.

Changes

We may update these Beta Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
